warranty covers
Coatings are sold badly in this industry. Here is the plain version: a coating makes a car easier to clean and holds gloss longer. It does not make paint bulletproof.
Every coating we install is logged with batch number, installer and date, and registered with the manufacturer in your name. The warranty follows the car if you sell it.

Paint correction
How far to go
Clear coat is finite. Every correction removes a little, so the right answer is the least aggressive stage that reaches the finish you want.
Defect removal
Cutting pass followed by refinement. Takes out the wash marks and light swirls that make dark paint look grey in sunlight.
Removes ~5–8µm
Multi-stage
Mapped panel by panel with a paint depth gauge. Reserved for cars where the finish matters more than the calendar.

Make, model, colour and four photos in daylight. Five minutes of your time.
Written quote
A fixed range and a realistic number of days, usually back the same evening.
Deposit holds the bay
$150, deducted from the final bill. It is what stops the calendar filling with maybes.
Handover
Walk the car under the lights together, with a care sheet and the coating registration.
Questions
Asked before every booking
Can you guarantee every scratch comes out?
No, and anyone who does is guessing. Deep scratches that catch a fingernail are through the clear coat. We will tell you which defects are coming out before any machine touches the car.
How long will the car be with you?
One day for a Reset, two to three for Enhancement, five to seven for Concours. Those are working days with the car indoors, not estimates that slip.
Do I need the five-year coating?
Usually not. It suits a garaged car you intend to keep. A daily driver parked outside is better served by the two-year system and an annual decontamination.
What about a new car from the dealer?
New does not mean flawless · most cars arrive with transport and dealer-prep marks. A single-stage polish before coating is almost always worth it.
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, up to seventy-two hours before the booking. Inside that window it covers the bay we held empty.
